The first time is usually hard
Unless you are unusually talented and smart, most likely you’ll struggle when you do something for the first time.
Writing report, reading technical stuff, and jogging are things that pose a challenge to absolute beginners. Just like when you step into a new city for the first time, you’ll have to explore around for hours to get used to it or else you’ll feel lost (unless the city center is very small like Bratislava, Slovakia Republic).
That’s the course of learning. Mastering a skill or knowledge requires one to climb the learning curve. And this curve is steeper at the beginning, where learners have to master the basic foundation to advance further. After that, things will be easier. Don’t worry. Second and third time is usually easier than the first.
Remember the blog post I wrote yesterday? I mentioned that a person who mastered a skill for years can execute it with his eyes close (figurative speaking).
The first time is hard. It’s like a doctor trying to do a chef’s work.
