Human body can adapt to changes
We can adapt to huge changes in lifestyle, not instantly, but gradually.
For example, it’s very hard for a meat lover to become a vegetarian immediately. He has to slowly add greens to his meal for many days until the body can adapt to it. It’s slow, but possible.
Over the course of a month or two, I manage to eat from three meals a day to two meals a day, and then a meal a day. I’m fine, have good stamina to work, and feel healthy. If I try to do that in just a week, I might hurt my body. Human can live for weeks without food (but the body will be weak) so one meal a day is not even near extreme case. I read that Seth Roberts, the founder of Shangri-la diet, eats only once every two days and he’s fine!
The same thing applies to working and exercising. After months of working many hours a day, the body will develop the stamina to cope with it. Our muscle and stamina will grow after exercising for weeks. Yeah, I know it’s obvious. And another obvious thing is that despite the body’s ability to adapt, there’s a limit to it.
Some people work to death. Some sportsmen train to death. So you might not want to become too extreme in changing your lifestyle until your body collapses.
Maybe you should consult a doctor before trying to eat only once a day.

Eat once a day???
maybe after ALOT of effort. but i don’t want to lol
if one only stays in temple and meditate …then i think eating once a day is possible…
but for working people that requires running around, we need 3 meals a day….
perhaps in smaller portion will be good enough….
eating once a day ….i dun think that is recommended…
